All you need to know about getting your print from our studio to your home.
Where do you ship to?
We're able to ship all prints locally (Hong Kong) and internationally. However we are not responsible for any customs, taxes or fees upon delivery to your country.
WHat is your return policy?
All sales are non-refundable and non-returnable. All deliveries are sent with tracking. Please note due to Covid, shipments may be delayed. If you would like to upgrade express shipping, please email us for custom rates. If package is lost during transit, The APT Studios is not responsible. If we made a mistake on your order or if the item was damaged on transit, please email us at hello@theaptstudios.com
My product arrived damaged!
In the rare instance that your print arrives damaged, please send us an email with your order number and photos detailing the damages. We can offer a replacement of the print but customer must pay for shipping. Please email us at hello@theaptstudios.com
Do you offer framing?
Currently we are only offering frame options within Hong Kong. However shipping prices will vary depending on the size of the final framed print. Once you place your order, please email us immediately after your purchase with subject matter: "Order #: Framing Request".
I love all your work and can't decide which print! Can you help me make a decision?
We'd love to help you make a right decision! Please email us with the space you'd like to hang a print on your wall and we'd love to recommend you a print, size and a frame go to with it.
I don't see the size I want. Can I get a custom print size?
For sure! We've been doing custom sizes for customers depending on their needs. Please email us with the print and size you'd like for a quote: hello@theaptstudios.com
Can I get the high res file to print myself?
Sorry we cannot give the license for others to print.
